Founded in 2017 to support Swedish clients with their software needs we have quickly scaled up into a stable, yet still growing, company. Today we are over 100+ geeky and dedicated Ascenders, with the aspiration of together creating the best workplace in Sri Lanka.

Right now, we are looking for a SSE/ATLs - .NET (Backend) to join our crew. Is that you?

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in .NET (both legacy and modern), with strong C# fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and maintainable architecture.
• Proven experience with system integrations, including REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, and Webhook patterns.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL 
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points if you

• Have practical experience working with Azure services and deploying workloads on Kubernetes.
• Have working knowledge of Flutter or Angular for cross-platform and web development.

• Build and evolve real products used across Europe.
• Work hands-on with Swedish clients and our internal AI teams.
• Shape how features are built—from design to delivery.
