Right now we are looking for an Associate QA Lead to join our family. Is that you?

• Ability to create comprehensive test strategies for complex products.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies with the ability in applying best practices for high-quality deliveries
• Strong experience in test automation including design and implementing test frameworks. Ability to identify automation opportunities in projects and ensure seamless integration using CI/CD.
• Expert in Exploratory testing and Risk based testing
• Proactively stays up to date on Quality Assurance (QA) trends and advocates for continuous self and team improvement.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer management skills.
• Experience in API and performance testing is a plus.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Professional certification such as ISTQB will be an added advantage.
