Right now, we are looking for an Associate Tech Lead - Frontend (React.js) to join our crew. Is that you?

Our Dream Hire:

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and it's ecosystem.
• Experience with state management, component-based architecture, and performance optimisation.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with web accessibility (a11y) and UI/UX best practices.
• Proactive communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas.

Great If You Also Have:

• Experience with other frontend frameworks & libraries (Next.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience in utilising and/or evaluating AI tools for developer productivity, with an eagerness to continuously adapt to emerging technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of architectural choices and implement best practices.
• Contribute and lead in a remote, cross-functional Agile team with plenty of autonomy.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adapting modern development practices.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and continuously improve the product.
• Mentor & empower team members by sharing expertise.
• Work closely with Nordic clients and partners to drive success.
