Our Dream Hire

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT systems or network administration role.
• Strong technical skills in managing network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and Windows environments.
• Proficient with device management and security tools (Intune, BitLocker, Microsoft Purview).
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in managing IT operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Great If You Also Have

• Experience managing FortiGate firewalls, Microsoft 365 security tools, and advanced Intune configurations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 implementation, audits, and compliance processes.
• Experience with vendor management and IT procurement.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, or CCNP.
• Strong knowledge of network and security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).

What You'll Do

• Administer, monitor, and maintain all network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, application software, and system management tools across Windows-based environments.
• Manage and secure devices using Intune, BitLocker, and Microsoft Purview, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support and coordinate ISO 27001 implementation, internal and external IT audits, and security incident management.
• Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, asset inventory, and compliance reporting.
• Provide responsive remote and onsite technical support for employees, including event support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and support contracts.
• Proactively monitor system availability, performance, and security, identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
