Right now, we are looking for an Oracle Database Specialist to join our crew. Is that you?

Our Dream Hire

• 5+ years of solid hands-on experience as an Oracle SQL Developer. 
• Deep expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Proven experience with Oracle PL/SQL packages—creation, maintenance, debugging, and tuning.
• Strong understanding of relational database design, indexing strategies, and data integrity enforcement.
• Skilled in analysing execution plans, resolving performance bottlenecks, and handling large volumes of data.
• Exposure to enterprise-level schemas with hundreds of interrelated tables and business rules.
• Ability to work with data models, perform data transformations, and support ETL operations.
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional Agile teams. 

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable Oracle database solutions.
• Refactor and fine-tune existing PL/SQL logic for performance and clarity.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and analysts to deliver high-performance data layers.
• Support application teams in data integration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior developers and guide best practices around SQL and database design.
• Participate in code reviews, data model discussions, and architecture planning.
