About Ascentic
Ascentic is a Swedish-Sri Lankan software consultancy helping companies in the Nordics scale their business with offshore development teams. Our unique model combines world-class engineering talent from Sri Lanka with Scandinavian work culture and leadership — giving our customers both scalability and cultural fit.
Now we’re looking for a Sales Intern to join our sales and marketing team and help us execute on our go-to-market strategy in the Nordics. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team on key activities in our inbound + outbound sales strategy.
What you'll do
- Research and segment leads in target markets (Sweden, Norway and Finland)
- Help the sales team develop tailored value propositions for target customers
- Execute and monitor automated outbound campaigns, utilizing the power of AI while keeping the human fingertopskänsla
- Help produce sales content (case studies, customer stories, LinkedIn posts, webinars)
- Lead qualification and engagement
- Track sales metrics and campaign performance
We're looking for you who are
- A student or recent graduate in sales, business development, marketing, tech (or hey - something completely different) looking for an opportunity to get hands-on experience in digital sales
- Based in Sweden
- Curious and love putting ideas and plans into action
- A people person, who doesn't shy away from connecting with someone new and has a sense of what makes people tick (both in good and bad ways)
- Preferably having some form of experience of the software industry and B2B sales
- Considering yourself tech / tool savvy and are using AI actively
- Fluent in Swedish and English
