Right now, we are looking for an Intern - Systems Engineer to join our crew. Is that you?

·       Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking

·       Ability to monitor and participate in the IT service desk, helping resolve end-user issues

·       Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, network, and software issues

·       Good time management skills and organizational skills

·       Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

·       Teamwork capabilities with excellent interpersonal capabilities

·       Basic scripting or networking knowledge (nice to have)

·       Interest in information security, endpoint management, and system integration

  Qualifications :

·       Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information
Security



What you’ll do :

·       Managing and monitoring IT systems and infrastructure

·       Actively monitor the IT service desk and support ticket queue, providing timely technical support to end-users

·       Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools

·       Diagnosing and fixing network problems, hardware, and software faults

·       Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

·       Providing onsite and remote technical support to end-users

·       Research, Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported and resolve them in a timely manner

·       Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

·       Maintain and update hardware and software inventories

·       Work closely with the IT team on daily operations and improvement initiatives

·       Gain exposure to endpoint management, and security best practices

·      Learn IT governance processes, documentation, and operational standards
