Our interview process
Your application will be reviewed manually by our Talent Acquisition team and our technical panel. We’ll take a closer look at how your skills and experience fit the role.
Initial Talent Team Call
If your application passes the initial review, you will receive a call from our Talent Team. This call helps us understand your work background, communication skills, salary expectations, and overall attitude/culture fit.
Technical Phone Screening
If selected from the first call, you will have a short technical screening call (around 10 minutes) with a member of our technical panel. This helps us get a brief understanding of your technical background.
Online HR & Technical Interviews
If you pass the technical phone screening, you will be scheduled for online HR and technical interviews. These interviews allow us to gain a deeper understanding of your technical skills, experience, and salary alignment etc.
Onsite Discussion & Coffee Chat
Candidates who progress to this stage will be invited to our office for an onsite discussion and a coffee chat with our CEO or one of the heads at Ascentic. We believe that meeting in person helps both sides connect and get to know each other better.
Client Interview
If you make a strong impression during the onsite discussion, you will be put forward for a client interview.
