• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python building production-grade applications
• Strong knowledge in software architecture and system design
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS)
• Exposure to Node.js is a big plus
• Familiarity with machine learning and generative AI concepts (no need to be an ML expert)
• Solid understanding of building scalable APIs and backend systems
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and microservices
• Understands the difference between ML notebooks and real-world applications
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Motivated to learn, take ownership, and drive innovation
  
  
       What You’ll Do
  
  
• Join a cross-functional agile team working on cutting-edge machine learning-powered applications

• Build and maintain scalable, production-ready Python (and optionally Node.js) applications
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers to bring research and models into production
• Contribute to software design and architecture decisions
• Work directly with Swedish clients and partners on product development
• Be an advocate for clean code, best practices, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and guide other engineers in the team

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Prior work in data-heavy or ML-integrated environments
