As we continue to grow across the region, we're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Senior Account Executive to strengthen our presence, grow existing accounts and create new long-term partnerships. In this role, you will be our sole sales-oriented team member based in Sweden, working closely with- and fully supported by- our customer- and engineering teams in Sri Lanka. This setup gives you both autonomy and a unique position to represent Ascentic in the Nordic market while being part of an international collaborative culture. This is a role where curiosity, trust-building and strategic thinking matter just as much as sales skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and grow trusted customer relationships
You will take ownership of a portfolio of Nordic customers and work closely with them to understand their product roadmaps, technical challenges and long-term ambitions. Through curiosity, industry insight and strong listening skills, you identify where we can help them scale their teams, modernize their solutions and access the expertise they need to grow.
You’ll partner with colleagues in Sri Lanka to match customers with the right engineers - not only in terms of skills, but also personality, team dynamics and ways of working. In this role, you become the connector that ensures a seamless collaboration across regions.
Drive new business and uncover new opportunities
You’ll combine relationship management with proactive new business development. This means identifying prospects, opening doors, running the full sales cycle and building strong relationships with CTOs, product leaders, founders and other tech decision-makers across the Nordics.
You’ll represent Ascentic’s offerings - including AI advisory, automation and modern software development - in a way that is authentic and value-driven. In addition to direct sales, you’ll contribute to strengthening our go-to-market approach, both online and offline, through genuine communication and compelling storytelling.

We believe you bring:
- Solid experience in B2B sales within software development, tech consulting or product-based tech.
- Ability to work across new business and account management in parallel.
- A deep technical interest - maybe you’ve even built some apps or worked as an software engineer before.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- A genuine appreciation for cross-culture teamwork and diverse perspectives.
